NIK audited Orlen-Lotus merger. "A very short way to charges"

The merger of Orlen and Lotos had no economical justification - said the president of the ultimate Audit Office, Marian Banaś, presenting the study of the Chamber on the matter. The conclusions contained in the paper were commented on by politicians. - It is simply a very short way to charges - said the Left MP Tomasz Trela. PO MEP Michał Szczerba "notices the large caution of the ultimate Audit Office", and PiS MP Zbigniew Kuźmiuk believes that "the assets of the State Treasury cost as much as the buyers are willing to pay".
