Niger announces mobilization and talks about the war with France

The chief of staff of the country's leader, General Amadou Abdramane, stated that Niger was entering a fresh phase of relations with France. According to him, the state has not been at war yet, but the current situation is forcing preparations for specified a scenario. The General stressed that the mobilization is intended to cover both armed forces and civilian structures to increase the country's defence readiness.
