A Porsche on the streets of Moscow can be seen more frequently on a tow truck than "on its own wheels". Hundreds of owners have stated that their vehicles do not want or cannot launch. A national failure has affected Porsche models produced since 2013, which are equipped with the VTS's mill satellite safety system.
