Independent net Publishers enter into negotiations with global digital platforms

The agreement establishing the Independent Publishers Group was concluded on 13 August 2024 in Warsaw and is simply a direct consequence to the amendments to the Copyright and Related Rights Act passed on 26 July 2024.
