An unrecognized chamber is to decide the election. President: must admit all protests

President Andrzej Duda said that the designation of electoral protests belongs to the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court. He added that this home must recognise all electoral protests, regardless of their number. However, according to the EU case law, the Chamber is not a court.
