Unexpected blow to the Mercosur deal. Brussels has a serious problem

The National Assembly in France adopted a resolution on the agreement between the EU and the Mercosur block. Members called on the government in Paris to make a blocking number in the Union and to ask the EU Court of Justice to examine its compatibility with the EU Treaties.
