Volodymyr Zelenski visited Turkey in early April and then unexpectedly went with Turkish abroad Minister Hakan Fidan to Syria. While Kiev's actions have so far been examined primarily in the context of Euro-Atlantic relations, these visits, especially in the context of Trump's second term, indicate a qualitative change in Ukraine's abroad policy strategy. We are so witnessing not only the efforts to get fresh partners, but above all the process of expanding the political sphere outside Europe and North America.
