The case of the death of 9-month unborn Felk at the infirmary in Oleśnica was not closed. After the prosecutor's decision to discontinue proceedings against Gizela Jagielska, the First president of the ultimate Court intervened. She made a formal complaint to the investigators' decision.

And president of the ultimate Court of Małgorzata Manowska took formal steps after the decision of the investigators to discontinue proceedings against Gizela Jagielska. The territory Attorney's Office in Wrocław informed about her actions. According to Proc. Karolina Stocka-Mycek, Małgorzata Manowska submitted a request to the territory Attorney's Office in Oleśnica to copy the decision to discontinue the investigation and complain about that decision. "The application and the complaint has not yet been considered," said the Ombudsman.

As you can see, the case has not been definitively closed, and the voice of opposition to the D.A.'s decision has been heard at the highest level.

‘In heart the child’s injection needle of potassium chloride’

The case concerns the death of a 9-month unborn Felk, which occurred in a infirmary in Oleśnica. This baby was ready to be born. It was alive. It had a name. Initially, the parent wanted to have an abortion in 1 of the hospitals in Łódź. The doctors refused to execute an abortion. Instead, they proposed a solution that protects life: imperial cutting and aid for the kid and the mother. It was planned to give the boy – who was suspected to have congenital bone fractures – specialist paediatric care and postnatal therapy. However, as “Our Journal” reported:

“However, she went to Oleśnica, where she suggested abortion activists doctor Gizela Jagielska, a gynecologist, vice chief of the hospital, injected a needle into the child’s heart with an injection of potassium chloride and killed it.”

Prosecutor’s Office: ‘No crime has been committed’

The D.A. opened an investigation into the illegal abortion. The doctor claimed from the beginning that she had nothing to say and did not intend to halt her activities. On 2 December, the territory Attorney's Office in Oleśnica dismissed the proceedings. The decision was made by prosecutor Beata Ciesielska. Investigators investigated 3 threads: killing a 9-month-old Felk, assisting in illegal abortion, urging illegal abortion. In no of these themes, according to the prosecutor's office, there was no crime. That message is shocking. We're talking about a baby 9 months pregnant. A baby that might have been born. A kid whose life was taken.

The Felk case inactive demands truth, justice, and a clear designation that man's life from conception to natural death has inviolable value.
