The company's intentions were reported in early February [German service Hartpoint](https://www.hartpunkt.de/elbit-will-deutschland-zum-produktionshub-fuer-das-raketensystem-puls-machen/). It was given during a presentation for journalists in Israel. The company possibly assumes the creation of a production centre for the Europeanised PULS strategy in Germany and various types of missiles for it. In particular, the second would go to European customers who decided to acquisition this kind of launcher (also in Israeli configuration).
