German ships in the Taiwan Strait

As reported by both "Der Spiegel" [and "Taipei Times"](https://www.taipeitimes.com/News/front/archives/2024/09/09/2003823479) frigate Baden-Wuerttemberg and supply ship Frankfurt am Main have been awaiting orders from August to sail through the Strait. They are then to head for the Philippines.
