German Constitutional Court: a solidarity taxation compatible with the Constitution

The German Constitutional Court ruled on Wednesday that the alleged solidarity tax, introduced after the unification of the country in 1990, is compatible with the basic law. He so rejected the constitutional complaint lodged by six FDP Liberal organization politicians.
