Doubts raised so far only by social workers from the Polish Border Defence Movement, present the German tribunal confirms. The Berlin administrative court found that the return of Somaliika from the Polish-German border was illegal due to the fact that German services sent her to Poland without determining which country of the European Union was liable for examining her asylum application.
