German visit to WOT Command

As stated in the release, during the Thursday visit the Polish side introduced the delegation to the current concept of functioning of the Territorial Defence Army, changes in the organisational structure and the current state of improvement of the formation. The training system, tasks in national crisis management and the scope of global cooperation were besides discussed.
