Germany changes the constitution. Berlin will be able to spend much more on the military

The Bundestag has changed its constitution, allowing the future government to increase the budget deficit unlimited. In this way, Berlin wants to finance expenses on defence and assistance to Ukraine and the modernisation of the country's infrastructure.
