German Ministry of Defence [information in authoritative report](https://www.bmvg.de/resource/blob/5732214/3f8c7f23d3f69757aeab2de445901275/18-ruestungsbericht-data.pdf) that speeds up the date of withdrawal of Airbus Helicopters Tiger helicopters from 2038 to 2032. While present there are 51 of these helicopters in service, in 4 years – in 2028 – there are 33 remaining. In turn, by 2032 24 machines will be preserved, all in the higher standard of ASGARD, developed for missions in Afghanistan, including, among another things, a reinforced propulsion system, better self-defence systems, additional armor and data transmission systems. It is not excluded that helicopters in the "ASGARD33" standard, upgraded on the basis of an agreement signed in 2017, disagree in item from the first "Afghan" configuration.
