Germany regretted: Tusk has limited opportunities

"The Zbigniew Ziobry case shows how hard it is for Donald Tusk's government to get free of the legal heritage of national conservatives" – he estimated on Thursday the portal of the German weekly "Der Spiegel". He stressed that Tusk's ability to retreat the improvement of the judiciary introduced by the Law and Justice is limited.
