Did the Germans get it? The EC has initiated a breach procedure on worker visas which hit Polish companies

Berlin has introduced a strategy of additional visas for workers many years ago (Vander Elst visas), which forces non-EU nationals (e.g. Ukraine) to apply for additional papers despite having a residence licence or a long-term visa. According to the European Commission, this additional visa request violates EU law. This issue is very crucial for Polish companies, due to the fact that Berlin, through the strategy of additional visas, actually blocked the sending of workers from Ukraine to Germany, employed in Polish companies.
