The disclosure of the details of the peace plan negotiated between the US and Russia for Ukraine has caused a wave of concern in Europe. In the opinion of many experts, the proposed solutions not only do not warrant lasting peace, but they can be the beginning of a fresh phase of Russian expansion. Europe must strengthen Ukraine to stay a bastion against Russia. If Ukraine dies, the road to Poland will open up – warns Berthold Kohler in the German paper "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung".
