Will Germany buy artillery for billions of euros?

We wrote about the plans for the acquisition of this structure by the Bundeswehr [in October 2023](https://defence24.pl/strong-armoured/German-zam-artillery-boxer), indicating the rejection of the Rheinmetall cannon-haubic which was a combination of the AGM module and the RMMV HX3 truck. It was then speculated that around EUR 1.3-1.4 billion would be spent under the budget of the German Ministry of Defence for the acquisition of the circular artillery system, allowing the acquisition of around 50 pieces of RCH 155.
