The German Rheinmetall company reported on the finalization of the takeover transaction of the majority stake in the Croatian company DOK-ING, specializing, among others, in unmanned diminution systems. The fresh company will operate under the name ‘Rheinmetall Unmanned Vehicles d.o.o.’.
