The Germans have made their point. Rosnieftu companies excluded from US sanctions

The US Government has made written assurances that the German companies of Rosnieft are exempt from the fresh sanctions imposed on Rosnieft and Łukoil. Reason? These assets are no longer controlled by Russia. The company includes, among others, the largest German refinery in Schwedt.
