German Chancellor Friedrich Merz He saidthat his country will proceed to reject asylum seekers and release them to the countries from which they came, despite the ruling of the court which declared this decision illegal.
The Germans want to proceed pushing the refugees to Poland. The Administrative Court of Berlin issued an emergency decision on Monday 2 June in which it considered that the refusal to let asylum seekers during border checks on the territory Germany is illegal.
