Ladies,
I have lived in Old Mokotów since birth in Warsaw and it has always been an interesting and unusual place. For respective years you have seen and heard foreigners of different races and languages (students, taxi drivers, motorcyclists, Ukrainians, tourists (English/Spanish/Italian/French) - the impressions are different but it is mostly calm...
Today Palm Sunday (and trade Sunday). On the way to the store and to the flower store (for a palm) I see a nicely dressed, skinny but calm and smiling old woman (85plus). I am slowing down and asking if I may request support on my way to the church. What I get a happy "son" dictum, thank you, but I'll be fine and I'll be fine for you too. And happy to decision on.
I'm about to see a black man dressed out, thin, tall, athletic, face with black, long hair, and what does he carry? It holds a immense palm tree, but not 1 from Africa, but our Easter 1 (he held it in half and reached for its face) and goes towards the church. After experience with the old woman a minute ago, I am limited to lifting my thumb and text "Hello, is it not besides dense for You on specified a long way to the church? And are you certain you know the way to the church?"
What do I get in response? "Thank you Field for your support on the appropriate way." And grinning white teeth in a grin black as a ebony face he waved a palm tree a metre higher, which is already above his head.
The planet hasn't completely fallen down yet, and you should be affirmative and with good action...
Merry Christmas.
PS. I wonder if Black man and Grandma got palm trees in front of the church and what came of it...
