The government's different decision on the Windmill Act. Is there a breakthrough?

"The Council of Ministers took note at today's gathering of the draft alleged Windmill Act, which assumes the abolition of the 10H rule and the establishment of a minimum distance of windmills from buildings to 500 m; while the final, formal adoption of these provisions will take place in circulation by Friday of this week" - said Deputy Prime Minister, National Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.
