Unwanted billions on fast internet

The Minister of Digitalism Krzysztof Gawkowski has been saying for months that in Poland all home should have access to high-speed internet. It sounds like a simple promise, but in fact the task becomes a symbol of strategy problems that have been accompanying the improvement of digital infrastructure for years.
