At the request of the army, the transportation was accelerated in relation to the agenda originally laid down in the agreement in 2016, modified after the Polish authorities felt that precedence should be given to the contract concluded in June 2022 with Ukraine for the production and transportation of 54 mill fresh Crabs. Previously Ukraine received a large batch from Poland on donation terms, most likely 54 pcs (MON does not officially confirm this number), those cannonohaubic which were taken from artillery regiments, already operating this weaponry. The implementation of the Ukrainian contract worth about 3 billion PLN was completed, in accordance with the agreement, in December 2024, and HSW could return to the execution of contracts for DMO Regina for Polish artillerymen. This year, they will receive a full of 24 weapons for 4 Crab batteries, a full of 32 guns and associated vehicles (each divisional fire module, let's recall, consists of 24 Haubic, 3 WDSz command and relay vehicles, 8 WD command cars, the WA scope of ammunition trucks and 1 WEU refurbishment car). The first complete DMO, worth reminding, delivered from HSW to the 11th Mazury Artillery Regiment in July 2017, was solemnly adopted on 31 August, which was precisely 8 years ago. The current pace of transportation of these self-propelled guns for the needs of the Polish army was twice as slow as the military ordered equipment for only 2 batteries per year, 16 guns, and that's what HSW received.
