– I am relieved that the reconstruction of the Constitutional Court has yet begun, although any time has passed since the last elections and the constitution of the government. I consider the restitution of the Constitutional Court to be a precedence and it is good that the first block has emerged in the full arrangement relating to the restoration of the standards of the democratic regulation of law.
