I late learned that in September 1939 Rydz Smigły had misplaced codes to encrypt information and could not communicate with the generals. I don't know if it's true, due to the fact that I didn't find any confirmation of this information, but Father told me that in his unit in 1939 there were no rifles, due to the fact that these were locked in a warehouse 100 km away.

To poverty, Russian drones fly to Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, and we, as Ministers of Defence, have people who have no thought about armed actions. We spend PLN 200 billion on the army, but do we spend optimally? Based on the fact that a Russian drone can fly 300 km (almost 2 hours had to fly) and is not knocked down, it's... it's about time the defence Minister became a specialist.

And by the way, I appeal to our Minister of defence to show any decency and resign himself. Really, if individual wanted to make me manager of the Philharmonic, I'd laughter at that. And the doctor knows military technology and army organization precisely the way I know how to organize concerts.
I besides appeal to our Prime Minister - there is no reason for ministers to be coalition politicians. Ministers should be the best specialists in Poland. The Ministry of Defence is now the most crucial ministry, with a immense budget.
