Berlin admits that the Ukrainians have already accomplished a real miracle in adapting civilian technologies to military solutions, which allowed to accomplish a balance on the front. However, he stresses that specified ad hoc solutions in the long run cannot compete with the improvement of the hard discipline conducted by the opponent systemically.
