Not all Ukrainian has found shelter in Norway. That's how many people are denied

Following the changes to the collective protection regulations for Ukrainians, the Norwegian government reported an increase in refusals to reside. The fresh rules included people from alleged safe areas. They have been in force since the fall of 2024.
