NOT for the abolition of voluntary vaccination of children against HPV. Sign the petition!

Since 2023, a free vaccination programme against Human papillomavirus infection (HPV) for children aged 9-14 years. It has so far been widely promoted, but was voluntary. The Ministry of wellness wants these vaccines to be mandatory.
On 20 October, the Ministry of wellness published a draft regulation which assumes the introduction of an vaccination work against HPV for children aged 9-15. The work is to enter life from 1 January 2027 and to be covered by all children born in 2018 or later.
HPV is 1 of the most common viruses in the world. It can lead to serious diseases specified as various types of cancer. Therefore, its prevention is very important.
At the same time, it should be stressed that the virus is spread by the sexes and that the hazard of its infection increases with the number of sexual partners.
The hazard of getting infected with this virus is minimal if children hold sexual abstinence and marital fidelity in the future. Parents have the right not to want their children to be forced into vaccination, which they may not need.
We call for the freedom of parents to choose whether specified vaccination is essential for their child.
With the publication of the draft regulation, its public consultation began. We want to express our opposition to the task through our appeal.
