Judge of the ultimate Court Grzegorz Żmij, who, after the judgments of European tribunals, avoids judgment, will not be prosecuted disciplinaryly. This was demanded by I president of SN Małgorzata Manowska and prosecutor Zbigniew Ziobra. However, these demands were withdrawn by the current national prosecutor Dariusz Korneluk.
