Zbigniew Ziobro will not attend the gathering of the alleged Pegasus Investigative Commission present – he established a portal inPoliticy.pl. The reason is the inactive in force judgement of the Constitutional Court, which considers the current committee illegal.
The illegal Pegasus committee of enquiry intends to sit present from 12 p.m. and start the secret part of the gathering at 3 p.m. erstwhile again, she called for the proceeding of Zbigniew Ziobra, but as we have learned, the erstwhile Minister of Justice will not appear at this meeting, consistently recognizing the committee's actions as illegal in the light of the TK's judgment.
Let us remind you that the illegal Pegaus committee had already erstwhile had a chance to interview Zbigniew Ziobra erstwhile he was brought to the committee by the police on 31 January. At that time, however, the gathering was rushed to an end erstwhile Zbigniew Ziobro was already in the Sejm, voting an additional absurd motion for 30-day detention for the alleged failure of Ziobra at the meeting. The coalition-dominated parliament on 13 December voted to mention this motion to court. Eventually, the full case ended with the compromise of Tusk's coalition due to the fact that the court refused to take custody of Ziobra, crushing the argument of the pseudo-commission for Pegasus. The point was, among another things, that according to the findings of the court, president Magdalena Sroka declared that the bringing of Zbigniew Ziobra only concerns the day of the meeting, not a circumstantial hour, and the committee will wait until 12 p.m. to bring Ziobra. Later, for unclear reasons, the pseudo-commission changed its head on the matter.
At 10.46 p.m., the proceedings were closed and Mr. Ziobro was de facto available and the court found that he had been brought in, so the action could be carried out
— she argued after a judgement unfavourable to the pseudo-commission for Pegasus justice Anna Ptazek, spokesperson for the Warsaw territory Court.
