New sanctions on the Russian arms manufacture for massive airstrikes on civilian Kyiv

The Council of the European Union has imposed sanctions on 5 Russian arms companies and their boss active in the killing of Ukrainian civilians in Kyiv between July 1 and 5. The companies plan and manufacture components for the drones and missiles utilized by Russia.
