New Russian reconnaissance satellite in orbit

On November 25, a Soyuz 2.1b carrier rocket was launched from a Russian cosmodrome in Plesicek, loaded by the Razdan 1 reconnaissance satellite. Its operator is the Air and Space Force of the Russian Federation.
