New Russian reconnaissance satellite in orbit

On Nov. 25, a Soyuz 2.1b carrier rocket took off from Russia's Plesetsk cosmodrome with a payload of the Razdan 1 reconnaissance satellite. Its operator is the Air and Space Forces of the Russian Federation.
