A fresh Russian "plastic" mine destroyer reinforced forces in the Far East

Without much publicity, in Vladivostok a Russian war flag was raised on another mine destroyer. Despite Russia's war with Ukraine, Moscow continued to invest in its armed forces in the Far East.
