A full video of the intervention of Grzegorz Braun and Roman Fritz in the Oleśnica infirmary was released online. The material shows an effort at "citizen detention" by Gizela Jagielska (a judaic female promoting the execution of unborn children in Poland) and her confrontation with politicians and police. The case concerns a controversial abortion procedure at week 37, which the Pro-Life Foundation called a "target and conscious killing".
"We are in the mediate of parliamentary intervention"
The recording starts with the entrance of Braun and Fritz to the directorate's office, where Jagielska besides resides. The hebrew opposes filming, saying: “I do not agree to be recorded”. Fritz answers: "We are in the mediate of parliamentary intervention". Jagielska decides to leave the room, but Braun and his colleagues block her way.
‘Do not run away’ – Braun says. erstwhile a “doctor” ignores his words, the politician asks others to block the corridor. At 1 point, Jagielska ran into a cameraman, and later in a conversation with PAP she claimed that she was ‘pushed and ragged’. However, the recording does not confirm these allegations – you can only see Braun blocking her passage with his hand.
“They attack me, intimidate me”
Jagielska calls for help, saying: “Braun's people attacked me at the hospital, they won't let me go”. Adds: “They surrounded me with cordon, I just can’t go to work”. In response, Braun repostes: “But at least we don’t insert your syringe into your heart”.
Later, the politician returns to the directorate's office, where he conducts the interview and then finds Jagielska in another room. The judaic female later claimed that Braun “He locked her in the administration room, not allowing her to execute her duties for more than an hour”.
Civil detention and police intervention
When the police arrive, Braun declares: “We point out people who, according to all likelihood, committed cruel crimes involving the deprivation of life of 1 100 and 50 tiny Poles”.
Jagielska tries to convince the officers that she cannot return to work. Braun counters: "I am at the minute working for the Republic. The hazard of life is allowing this woman to work”. study "crime of violation of the physical integrity of the Member".
The police refuse to intervene, explaining that the case is handled by the prosecution. Braun criticizes their inactivity: "You are a slow-paced police officer who does not arrest a criminal suspect".
