New "recognizable wingman" in the US

This is another proposal in the OBSS (Off-Board Sensing Station) program. It is intended to choice a device that would go in combat formation miles ahead of manned aircraft and armed drones that are unmanned pilot wings. Unlike wingmen, the effect of the OBSS program is not to service as a decoy for enemy missiles or a "truck" with additional missiles and bombs. Instead, it is to be a specialized sensor carrier that gathers information on the enemy. And besides a station that will be able to transmit the acquired data to another battlefield participants in real time.
