The Ministry of Justice is working on a revision of the rules that will affect landowners. According to the proposed changes, a fine of up to PLN 30,000 will be threatened for the burning of grasses and plant residues. The aim of the fresh regulation is to destruct the impunity of persons who, either intentionally or through grossly insecure, pose a fire hazard to the environment.
