New phase of Brazilian artillery tender

This information means that the [Slovakian BIA](https://defence24.pl/sily-zbrojne/slowacka-artyleria-nowej-generacji-dla-brazylii) (which, surprisingly, was to be fielded there by the Czech Excalibur Army), the [Turkish Yavuz](https://defence24.pl/sily-zbrojne/turecka-artyleria-bedzie-brazylijskim-krylem) or the Swedish-British Archer, among others, most likely dropped out of the tender. It is possible that more designs were active in the proceedings. 1 of the key factors in selecting an artillery part for the next phase of the proceedings was the request to put it into service, so the Slovakian BIA, for example, was doomed here. Considering the countries of the manufacturers of the 4 designs that made it to the next stage, we see a renewed rivalry between France's CAESAR and Israel's ATMOS, which howitzers have already fought a duel in Colombia.
