Sławomir Owczarek, Inspector of Army Types of Armed Forces General Command, Gen. Grzegorz Porzuski, Head of the Board of Rocket Forces and Artillery of Armed Forces General Command, and Brig. Gen. Rafał Ostrowski, Head of the Board of Planning and Programming of the Armed Forces of the General Staff of the Polish Army. The ceremony was besides attended by Deputy Minister of defence Stanisław Wzątek and General Dyw. dir. Andrzej Reudowicz, advisor to the Head of the National safety Bureau.

Land Army Academy It educates the command staff and prepares civilian studies graduates to work in state safety and defence institutions. AWL conducts military and civilian studies in 3 departments: management and leadership, safety sciences and command. AWL students are besides sub-chores who are educated at the Military-Lekarski College of Medical University in Łódź.
