According to our information, on Wednesday there was a mention in the perpetual book, which indicates that Karol Nawrocki's studio flat in Gdańsk has a fresh owner. A fewer days ago, after the flat scandal broke out, the PiS candidate stated that he would donate the place to charity.

The mention in the perpetual book in the "ownership" section, as he established onTemat.pl, appeared on Wednesday 14 May evening. This in turn indicates that Karol Nawrocki's studio on Gdańsk Siedlce has a fresh owner.

However, there is no more details – it is not known who the fresh owner is or under what conditions the sale of the premises that Jerzy Z. acquired the PiS candidate for president and his wife. It may take respective months to enter a fresh owner in the book.

What about Nawrock's studio?

As we informed on Temat.pl, Nawrocki made a message last Wednesday and informed that the flat in Gdańsk would be donated to charity.

– Yesterday, I made a decision to donate this flat to [...] 1 of the charities that will proceed to carry out this mission that I did towards George. So this flat will service in the following years, decades, the elderly," he said.

– In the donation agreement with the charity we are already in contact with, there will be a clear evidence that Mr Jerzy, whom I want long life and health, can usage this flat until his death," he added.

On the same day, counsellor Roman Gierty posted an entry online in which he stated that the head of the IPN had no right to do so. "Mr. Nawrocki cannot spare an flat due to the fact that it is not his. If he made a false message about paying the price, then the deal is off. It will depend on the court whether the flat goes to Mr. George or the municipality. All donations are now nothing but rumbling," wrote MP on X.

The point is that the 2012 notarial act of both parties besides confirmed that Mr Jerzy received PLN 120 1000 for the purchase. Nawrocki, however, admitted publically that he had paid for his flat in installments for respective years. – Giving the full sum of 120 000 to Mr.Jerzemu Z. would be a threat to his life and health," he said in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski.

Another controversy with Nawrocki's flat in Gdańsk

New unofficial TVN24 findings have besides appeared in this case. According to the station, there are confusions as to how a notarial act was signed respective years ago – a pre-sale agreement – between Jerzy Z. and Nawrocki.

"Unofficial information indicates that the pre-sale agreement for the flat was notarized erstwhile Mr Jerzy Zz. was in custody," TVN24 states.

This is what the Notary Chamber in Gdańsk is expected to check. – We will surely want to find specified circumstances, how it looked and how the signing of the notarial act was done – said Sławomir Wronski, the spokesperson of the Chamber, quoted by the station.
