New generation SAMP/T: Production of the “European Patriot System” is launched [ANALYSIS]

The French air force and Italian ground troops jointly ordered the next-generation SAMP/T NG medium-range anti-aircraft batteries from the EUROSAM consortium. Compared to the erstwhile version of SAMP/T, practically everything is mentioned in them: from radars, through the steering strategy to the Aster 30 Block 1NT missiles. A solution was obtained in any areas superior to the American Patriot system.
