New fuel at stations from Saturday

From Saturday, all petrol stations will be required to sale winter diesel. This is an yearly procedure regulated by a regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment. Polish regulations besides specify the parameters that winter, transitional and summertime fuels must meet.
