New embarrassment of the "Pegasus Commission". The chairwoman changed her head about Zbigniew Ziobro

– A renewed summons to the proceeding before the Pegasus Investigative Committee will be sent to Zbigniew Ziobro (PiS) on 24 April – informed the head of the committee, Magdalena Sroka (PSL–TD) on Monday. She besides announced that – contrary to erstwhile announcements – the committee will not appeal the decision of the court, which did not consider its application for the arrest of the erstwhile head of the Ministry of Justice. Let us callback that the Pegasus Committee operates illegally – it was excluded from legal circulation by the Constitutional Tribunal in a judgement of September 2024.
