Netanyahu: There will be no reconstruction of the Gaza Strip without disarming Hamas

"We have agreed with our ally in the United States that there will be no reconstruction of the Gaza Strip before the demilitarisation of the Zone," said the Prime Minister in a speech for a military ceremony on television.
