The National Broadcasting Council decided to look at Father Tadeusz Rydzyk CSrR's defaming neo-TVP study entitled "The Art of Rydzyk". The KRRiT continues to receive complaints from viewers.
As stated in Our Journal, the National Broadcasting Council initiated the investigation into the "Rydzyk's masterpiece", which was aired on neo-TVP. This broadcast aired on December 13.
Complaint to the KRRiT
The fact that KRRiT received a complaint about this study has already been reported on December 19. In this announcement it was noted that the authors of the material "involved in the action of discrimination against Fr.Dr. Tadeusz Rydzyk, attributing to him imaginary and false offences".

Violation of standards and principles
Prof. Janusz Kawecki, president of the Radio Support squad Maryja in the Service of God, the Church, the Homeland and the Polish Nation pointed out what principles and norms were violated in this report.

Prof. Kawecki pointed out that the beginning of proceedings by the KRRiT meant that after proceeding the complaint and the sender's reply, the president of the Council considered that there were grounds for further examination and consideration of the penalty.
However, Radio portal Maryja noted that the initiation of proceedings does not mean that the complaint will be recognised, so it calls for further transmission of complaints to the KRRiT.
