The NSA Neo-Judges will abstain from ruling? There's a consequence to Waldemar Lurk's call

The College of the ultimate Administrative Court adopted a resolution in which it referred to the writings of lawyer General Waldemar Żurek, who called for the alleged neo-judges of the NSA to “stop acting as judges of the ultimate Administrative Court”.
