Neighbors fight in courts with loud "Orlicians". Parliament decided to change the law

The parliament has completed work on regulations that exclude from the norm field, courts, treadmills, ice rinks, outdoor gyms or skateparks. This is intended to counter the phenomenon of limiting or even closing specified facilities in connection with complaints from residents.
