Negotiations with Russia have begun. Concerning 1200 Ukrainians

Secretary of the Council of National safety and Defence of Ukraine Rustem Dyerov conducted consultations with Russia in Turkey and the United arabian Emirates on the resumption of the exchange of prisoners and the release of Ukrainians from Russian captivity - said Interfax-Ukraine on Saturday.
