Negotiations with Russia have begun. They concern 1,200 Ukrainians

The Secretary of the National safety and defence Council of Ukraine, Rustem Umierov, conducted consultations in Turkey and the United arabian Emirates with Russia regarding the resumption of prisoner exchange and the release of Ukrainians from Russian captivity, Interfax-Ukraine reported on Saturday.
